Many Banks on main street have received fair warning from the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee, that if any of the $700 billion dollar bailout funds are misused towards executive compensation or executive retirement will have criminal charges filed against them for misuse of government funds.

Is the U.S. House of Representative Financial Services Committee
being too harsh in this matter or should they set an example?
