With oil prices lessening, and crude oil trading below $40 a barrel that has resulted in gas prices selling at record-breaking,low time prices what is next?

If OPEC keeps cutting down on daily oil production and refines les, and less this can create a worldwide shortage of oil for countries that import crude oil to petroleum companies. Can gas prices reach $1.10 a gallon in the near future? Can their be gridlock lines waiting to fuel their car's at every gas station like back in 1973, when America has suffering a serious oil crisis?

What do you think will hold the future for the world's crude oil needs?
